Robert L. Pierson

Robert L.
Pierson, aged 37 yrs, became Senior Vice President of Financial Systems in February 2004.
Beginning in March 2003, Mr. Pierson served as Acting Controller of the Company during the period in which the majority of the reconstruction of the controllers organization and preparation of the financial restatements for 2000 to 2002 occurred.
Prior to March 2003, Mr. Pierson served as Vice President of Planning and Business Operations.
He joined the Company in 1993.
