I am passionate about supporting ambitious management teams to deliver on their strategic growth plan.
I am very relationship driven, building bonds during the deal process through to exit and beyond.
I love working with management teams helping to formulate and execute their strategy.
As head of the Midlands operation I am focused on the continuing success Palatine have had in the Midlands region and have a particular focus on business services.
I joined Palatine in 2015 to open the Midlands office having previously worked for Lloyds Bank’s Acquisition Finance team, smaller buy-out house Key Capital Partners and Grant Thornton Corporate Finance.
Some of the deals I led included; the investment in Westleigh, the MBO of TTC, Secondary buy-out of CET and the Alliance in Partnership MBO.
Outside of my Palatine role, I held a non-exec director position at St Giles Hospice and enjoy running and going to the gym, with my daughter also keeping me on my toes!
