Richard Evans

Richard B. Evans held several positions in various companies, including Alcan, Inc., Rio Tinto Alcan, Inc., Resolute Forest Products, Inc., Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp., Constellium SE, and Rio Tinto Ltd. He also served as Chairman of the International Aluminium Institute, The Aluminum Association, and Constellium Issoire SAS. Additionally, he was a Director of Bowater, Inc., AbitibiBowater Canada, Inc., and Tyhee Gold Corp.
Evans was also an Independent Director of CGI, Inc. and a Vice President of DCO Management LLC.
He was the Chairman of the Environmental & Climate Change Committee of the Business Council of Canada and a Director of the United States Climate Action Partnership.
Evans received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and his undergraduate degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
