Noam Gottesman

Noam Gottesman founded Lehman Brothers International (Europe) in 1995, where he worked as Managing Director, GLG Partners LP in 1995, where he worked as Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2012, GLG Partners, Inc. in 1995, where he worked as Chairman & Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2012, and various other companies.
Mr. Gottesman also founded Mayflower Acquisition Ltd., where he is working as Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Gottesman also currently works at N2 Acquisition Holdings Corp., as Co-Chairman from 2021, Eclipse Management LLC, as Director, TOMS Capital Investments LLC, as Director, and various other companies.
Mr. Gottesman also formerly worked at Goldman Sachs International, as Executive Director, Friends of Hudson River Park, Inc., as Director, Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc., as Independent Non-Executive Director from 2017 to 2023, and various other companies.
Mr. Gottesman received his undergraduate degree in 1986 from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
