Mikhail Fridman

Mikhail Maratovich Fridman is the founder of several companies.
He founded Alfa-Foto Cooperative in 1988, Regional United Systems Vodokanal Management Co. LLC in 2006, Alfa Group in 1989, LetterOne Holdings SA in 2014, and the Russian Jewish Congress in 1996.
He holds the title of Chairman at Genesis Philanthropy Group, Chairman-Supervisory Board at Alfa Group, Director at LetterOne Holdings SA, and Vice President at the Russian Jewish Congress.
Currently, Mr. Fridman holds several positions.
He is the Vice Chairman of The Kennedy Center Corporate Fund, Director of ABH Holdings Corp., Director of Alpha Bank, Director of Trading House Perekriostok JSC, Non-Executive Director of ABH Holdings SA, Member-Management Board of The Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs, Member of the Public Chamber of Russian Federation, and Member-Supervisory Board of A1 Investment Holding SA. In the past, Mr. Fridman has held positions such as Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at RN Holding OJSC and TNK-BP Ltd., Chairman of Alfa Finance Holdings AD and Letterone Investment Holdings SARL, Director of VimpelCom BV, Alfa-Bank JSC, and VEON Ltd., and Member-Supervisory Board of X5 Retail Group NV.
He was also a Member-Management Board of the Council on Foreign Relations, Inc.Mr. Fridman obtained his undergraduate degree from Moscow Institute of Steel & Alloys in 1986.
