Michael Mathieu held several chairman and director positions in various firms such as Equasens, D'Medica SA, La Cooperative Welcoop SA, Alpha Répartition NV, Marque Verte Sante, Stallion Investment, SP +, Société d'Exploitation de Marques et Services, Coopérative CIP, Alpha Finance Répartition, Stallion Management, Sofarex, CERP SA, Cophana Distribution SA, and Alphar Partners.
He also served as a manager in CERP Immo SCI and CERP Immo 2 SCI.
Mr. Mathieu obtained his undergraduate degree from the Institut de Contrôle de Gestion in 1981.
