MAX Moskovitz

Max Moskovitz joined Adit Ventures in June 2017 as a Senior Analyst.
He leads the due diligence and financial review of current and potential portfolio investments in addition to providing insight and strategy for investment structuring.
Max is also responsible for the quarterly financial reporting and the annual financial statement audit.
Prior to joining the Managing Member team, he was an Audit Senior in the Financial Services Practice at Deloitte, where he worked with many top-tier growth equity and private equity firms.
Max received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Syracuse University and is a licensed CPA. He has five years of investment experience.
