Previously, he worked as a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co., Inc. from 2007 to 2013, as a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, Inc. (Illinois) from 1991 to 1998, as a Managing Director at Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. from 1998 to 2002, and as a Member at Miller Buckfire & Co. LLC from 2002 to 2004.
He also held the position of Head-Restructuring Practice at Rhône Group LLC and was the Managing Principal at Meadow Lane Capital LLC.
Mr. Lewis holds a graduate degree from the University of Oxford.
