Mark Fowler

Mark joined Octopus in March 2008 having previously spent 8 years in lead advisory Corporate Finance with KPMG.
During this time he worked on a range of mid-market transactions including fundraisings, MBOs, MBIs, business and corporate disposals, and corporate acquisitions.
He has experience of acting for a range of clients including private equity houses, public companies, private companies and private company shareholders.
Mark is based in Leeds , where he is focussed on investment opportunities in the North of England.
Mark graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in Business; is a qualified chartered accountant and has a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
