He is currently a Director at Pathfinder Talavera Holdings LLC, Endeavor Bank, and Endeavor Bancorp.
Mr. Polger previously worked as the Head-Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP from 1999 to 2007.
He holds a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an undergraduate degree from The Colorado College.
