Les G. Cupper

Les Cupper joined the Commonwealth Bank in 1996.
He heads the Bank’s People Services function.
His career is diverse encompassing both senior line management and policy roles in academia, mining and manufacturing.
Prior to joining the Bank, Les held a number of roles with CRA Limited for 12 years.
These included Chief Adviser Organisation Development, Chief Adviser Employee Relations, Group Vice President Human Resources and Managing Director Comalco Extruded and Foundry Products.
Previous to these roles, Les held a number of academic appointments in lecturing and research with universities in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States in employee relations, management and union education.
