Keith Power

Keith has spent the last 19 years of his career in the private equity industry.
Prior to joining Cove Hill, Keith was the Vice President of Finance at Summit Partners, where he spent twelve years of his career.
He was actively involved in all of Summit’s finance functions, including the fund and general partner accounting and reporting, as well as the management company budgeting, forecasting, cash management and insurance.
He also provided support to Summit’s Human Resources and Compliance teams.
Prior to Summit Partners, Keith was a Senior Associate on PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Investment Management Team.
Keith is a certified public accountant.
He currently lives in Hopkinton, MA with his wife Mara and two daughters.
Keith graduated from Providence College with a B.S.
in Accountancy, magna cum laude and from Boston College with an M.B.A.
