Cavanaugh has been a Director of Kestrel Heat LLC since April 2006 and was Chief Executive Officer until May 2007.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Star Gas Partners from March 2005 to April 2006.
Mr. Cavanaugh was Chief Executive Officer of the propane segment for Star Gas from March 1999 to December 2004.
From December 1997 to March 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Star Gas Corp.
He held various financial and management positions with Petro Holdings from October 1969 to December 1997.
Mr. Cavanaugh is a graduate of Iona College and received an MS from Pace University.
