Mr. Ender has been associated with ABN AMRO Asset Management and its predecessors and/or affiliates since 1970.
He is Chairman of the ABN AMRO North American Regional Investment Committee and a member of ABN AMRO's Global Investment Committee.
He is a founder of the Asset Management Group of the predecessor firm.
Mr. Ender is a Director of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance.
He sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Research in Security Prices at the University of Chicago, and for IIT's Stuart School of Business.
Mr. Ender is a Director of the Brain Research Institute, The Presbyterian Homes and McCormick Theological Seminary, where he is Chairman.
