John Holt Smith

John Holt Smith is Secretary and General Counsel of Get Smart USA, Inc. He is a Member of the California State Bar Association and Texas Bar Foundation, Inc. Prior to joining Get Smart, he was Vice President of the United States Trust Co. of New York.
Previously, Mr. Smith was a Senior Partner of Smith & Associates Insurance Services, Inc., McDonalds USA LLC, Sanders Assosciates, Ginsburg Development Corp., Phillips & Co., Maddox Co., Inc., and Newkirk Master LP.
He worked for Bushkin, Gaims, Gaines, and Jonas.
Mr. Smith received a BA degree in 1963 and an LLB in 1966 from Vanderbilt University.
