Jason Kania

Jason Kania is the founder of K Squared Fund LLC, which was founded in 2016, where he holds the title of General Partner.
He currently holds positions at Anterra Technology Holding LLC as a Member of the Board of Directors, at Lerner Solutions LLC as a Board of Director, and at Head Health, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Kania previously worked at Phoenix Management Consulting as a Partner from 2006 to 2016 and at Red Forest Capital as an Operating Partner from 2019 to 2023.
Mr. Kania received an undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
