ITW is an active, GARP-oriented investment manager. The firm invests globally in equity across market caps and sectors, and in debt including corporate bonds. They believe in the strong long-term relationship between economic fundamentals and financial markets, and seek to exploit market inefficiencies. Their investment approach is based on research, which they share with other Invesco divisions. Management is shared as well for some portfolios. Their investment strategy is defined at the group's level by the Global Asset Allocation Committee, which consists of regional CIOs and heads of global research groups. ITW seeks to invest in underpriced growth stocks and quality cyclical growth stocks. Their investment process consists in bottom-up stock picking, based on an understanding of the earnings and valuation cycle of each company.
