Mr. Hinton J.
Lucas, Jr., is a Member-Managers Board at The Nemours Foundation.
He joined the Nemours Board of Managers, Delaware, in 2006.
He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association, as well as the General Counsel Roundtable.
In the community, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Blood Bank of Delmarva, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware Business Roundtable, and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
Mr. Lucas joined E.
I.
duPont de Nemours and Company in 1969 as an Operations Area Supervisor and later worked as a Marketing Representative, Manager of Governmental Affairs, Director of Personnel and Labor Relations, and Associate General Counsel and Chief Administration Counsel.
He currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.
Mr. Lucas received a Bachelor of Science from Hampton Institute (University) in Hampton, Virginia.
He also received a Masters of Business Management from Central Michigan University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
