Hannah Wade

Hannah is Managing Director of CPI Enterprises, overseeing CPI's access to funding and finance activities.
In her capacity as MD, she heads up CPI’s investor engagement and ventures arm and CPI's bid development team.
The focus of the combined Enterprises team is to unlock funding and finance for highly innovative, ambitious businesses; enabling them to develop, prove and scale while leveraging CPI's world-class innovation assets.
She is also a member of the Enterprises' Investment Committee and plays an active role in managing CPI's portfolio of investments.
Previously she was Principal Solicitor at CPI, drafting and negotiating a variety of complex, high-value contracts, including framework agreements, construction contracts, grant funding agreements and collaboration agreements.
She qualified as a lawyer in 2006 and, prior to joining CPI in 2015, spent 6 years in private practice at an international law firm
