George Getman

George Joe Getman is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
He previously worked as the Director & Corporate Counsel at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC from 2004 to 2008.
From 2008 to 2022, he served as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Community Bank System, Inc. and Community Bank NA (Canton, New York).
He received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College (New York) and his graduate degree from Cornell Law School.
Currently, he holds positions at the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
