Francis P. McGuire

Francis P.
McGuire is currently the Chairman of the Wallace McCain Institute and the Director of the University of New Brunswick.
He is also a Director at Atlantic Hydrogen, Inc., Populus Global Solutions, Inc., and a Member of the New Brunswick Business Council.
Previously, McGuire served as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Major Drilling Group International, Inc. from 2010 to 2015.
He was also the Chairman of NB Power Holding Corp.
Additionally, McGuire held the position of Independent Director at Industrial Alliance Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. from 2001 to 2017.
He served as a Director at Katalyst Data Holdings, Inc. from 1998 to 2007 and as Vice President-Business Development at MITI Information Technology, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.
McGuire obtained his undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University and his graduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
