Dirk Blumhoff

Mr. Dirk Blumhoff is an Economist & Founding Partner at BankM AG and a Head-Corporate Project Management at BankM AG.
His previous experience includes eight years at a listed German securities bank serving the needs of small and mid-cap firms, where he held a managerial position within Corporate Finance.
His responsibilities included a wide range of successful equity transactions, mainly in the technology and health care sectors, including working with investors and companies.
Before that, he was employed by a firm of auditors responsible for pre-IPO financial due diligence.
Other areas of responsibility included evaluating compensation claims relating to the reprivatization of companies in former East Germany and assessing the restructuring of such companies.
