David E.
Preng is the founder of Preng & Associates, Inc., which was founded in 1980.
He is currently the President & Director of the National Association of Corporate Directors (Houston).
Mr. Preng's former positions include Chairman of Maverick Oil & Gas, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors (Virginia) from 2016 to 2018, Director of Remington Oil & Gas Corp.
from 1997 to 2006, Director of BPI Energy Holdings, Inc., Director of Texas A&M University, Director of Cal Dive International, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, Lead Director of Community National Bank (Bellaire, TX) from 2010 to 2013, Division Vice President & Controller of Litton Industries, Inc., and President-British American Business Council of The Institute of Directors.
Mr. Preng's education includes an MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
