Bülent Bulgurlu

Bülent Bulgurlu is currently the Vice Chairman at Ark Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AS.

In his former positions, Dr. Bulgurlu served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tofas Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi AS from 2008 to 2010.
He was also a Non-Executive Director at Koç Holding A.S.
from 2010 to 2012.
Additionally, he held positions as a Director at Ford Otomotiv Sanayi AS, an Independent Director at Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii AS, and a General Manager & Executive Director at Garanti Koza Insaat San ve Tic AS from 1988 to 1996.
He also served as a Director at Setur Servis Turistik AS and a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director at Aygaz AS.
Furthermore, he worked as an Assistant General Manager at Garanti Insaat AS from 1982 to 1983.
Dr. Bulgurlu obtained a doctorate degree from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from the same university, which was conferred in 1974.
Additionally, he completed his undergraduate studies at Gazi University.
