Brad Davis

Brad is a founding partner of the firm and serves as the Head of Underwriting and Asset Management for Paceline Equity Partners.
He serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to forming Paceline, Brad most recently served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management for Hudson Advisors, an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds.
In this capacity, he had portfolio management oversight for Lone Star’s global portfolio, which was comprised of equity and debt investments in operating companies, commercial real estate and consumer finance assets across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Brad also had oversight for Hudson’s global treasury, risk management and derivatives activities related to the Lone Star investments.
From 2014 to 2017, Brad served as Managing Director and Head of North American Portfolio Management where he held similar responsibilities for Lone Star’s North American investments.
Prior thereto, Brad served in various origination, underwriting and asset management roles related to Lone Star’s corporate and residential investments in North America.
From 2001 to 2006, Brad worked in the M&A investment banking group at Citigroup.
Brad has served as a member of the board of directors of Caliber Home Loans, Inc., a major non-bank mortgage firm in the U.S.
and as a member of Hudson’s Operational Risk and Global Market Risk Committees.
Brad currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee for the endowment of the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
Brad is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Analytical Finance.
