Bilen’s career in energy spans the supply chain in upstream, downstream and renewables, involved in complex joint ventures in the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Venezuela, Libya, and Australia.
He is a major project development expert, focused on mitigating risk and delivering business value.
He was most recently in bp’s renewable growth team evaluating onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar opportunities, instrumental in the energy transition for the company.
Bilen holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business.
