Andy K.
Ludwick was the founder of SynOptics Communications, Inc. (founded in 1985) where he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to 1994.
He is currently the Chairman of Firetide, Inc., a Director at Pepperdata, Inc., and the President of Coral Network Corp.
Mr. Ludwick previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bay Networks, Inc. from 1994 to 1996.
He also served as the Chairman of nCircle Network Security, Inc. and as the Independent Chairman of Rovi Corp.
from 2007 to 2015.
Additionally, he was an Independent Director at Zebra Technologies Corp.
from 2008 to 2020.
Mr. Ludwick has also held positions as a Director at Macrovision Corp., Foundry Networks LLC, and Syndera Corp.
He is an Industry Partner at Ariva Partners.
In terms of education, Mr. Ludwick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Harvard College.
