Andreas Wisser

Born in Berlin, Andreas was raised in Koblenz.
He studied law, first at the university of Trier, then moving for one year to Uppsala University in Sweden.
Andreas continued his studies in Berlin and completed his first state exam at the University of Heidelberg.
Andreas started his career at the Berlin office of the Swedish Law Firm Mannheimer Swartling.
He worked there for four years on transaction related matters.
During that time, he was also seconded for several months to Helsinki and Stockholm.
Andreas relishes the opportunity to support HV's founders on transaction documents.
Having been an attorney himself, he has a good understanding of the legal requirements and needs for start-up companies and notes that it is paramount to have legal set up right from the get-go.
This includes financing documentation, corporate governance and regulatory issues.
Although often undervalued in the early days, it always pays off in the long run.
In his spare time, besides spending time with his family, Andreas enjoys road biking in the summer and cross-country skiing the winter.
