He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mindex ASA, Executive Chairman & Head-Investor Relations of Northland Resources SE, Chairman of Sølvtrans Rederi AS and Sølvtrans AS, Independent Director of Eltek AS (Norway), Managing Director-Metals & Ming of Pareto Securities AS, Director of Wega Mining AS, and Chief Financial Officer of Crew Gold Corp.
Hvide received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
