“I love working at Livingbridge because I get a kick out of helping businesses reach their full potential.” I spend a lot of my time meeting new businesses and assessing whether there is an opportunity to invest.
I am a Partner in Livingbridge’s Services team, with a personal focus on the financial services sector.
I also lead our Manchester office which is very important to Livingbridge as a large proportion of our investments are based outside London and the South East.
One of the highlights of my career so far has been exiting our investment in Frank Recruitment Group.
This was the first investment I had taken all the way from the beginning to a successful sale.
It was a pleasure and a privilege to support the superb management team in building a genuine global leader in its field.
Another highlight was investing in Chill Insurance (now known as Three Rock Group).
This was a deal transacted at the height of the Covid-19 lockdown and completed in June 2020.
Whilst that was a scary time to be making investments, our sector-focused approach enabled us to draw from our experience of other insurance businesses and to maintain our conviction in Chill’s high quality customer proposition and position in its market.
I started my career at KPMG as an accountant, followed by 13 years as an M&A adviser.
I joined Livingbridge in 2011.
In my spare time, I play tennis with my wife and am attempting to teach myself to play the piano.
