He previously worked as the Managing Director-Technology Transfer & Licensing at The Lubrizol Corp.
and as the CTO & EVP-North American Operations at CDTi Advanced Materials, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and his doctorate from the same university in 1982.
