Vijay Bharadia

Vijay joined ICG in May 2019 and at the AGM on 25 July 2019, was appointed Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) and an Executive Director Board member.
He is due to leave ICG after the AGM in July 2023, succeeded by David Bicarregui as CFO.
Vijay’s role: To lead and manage the Group’s financial affairs on a day to day basis To manage the infrastructure platform of the Group with regard to prudent risk management measures Vijay has extensive experience as a CFO in the alternative asset management sector and, in particular, of helping drive international growth.
He also holds a BSc (Eng) in Computer Science from Imperial College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Career history Prior to joining ICG, Vijay was International CFO for Blackstone with responsibility for financial, tax and regulatory reporting across Europe and Asia, as well as holding a broader oversight responsibility for governance and risk management.
He also provided Portfolio Operations support to the European Private Equity business of Blackstone.
Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in a variety of finance roles, latterly as Co-CFO for EMEA Equities.
