Thomas Kolbinger

Mr. Thomas Kolbinger joined Siemens Venture Capital GmbH (SVC) as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer in April 1999.
Prior to joining SVC, from 1996 to 1999 he was Manager Controlling and Manager Commercial Sales for Analogue Products of Siemens Information and Communications Products (ICP), where he supported the global manufacturing and sales strategy of this Group.
From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Kolbinger headed the Strategic Planning Department of Siemens Turkey in Istanbul.
Between 1992 and 1993, he was Analyst at Corporate Strategy & Development at Siemens headquarters in Munich with special focus on competitor analysis and regional strategies.
Before that he joined Commerzbank AG with part time assignments in Saxonia, Spain, France and Singapore.
Mr. Kolbinger began his career with a professional apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG in Germany in 1984 and business studies at the University of Sankt Gallen, Switzerland from 1986 - 1990 (lic.
