Terry Fitzgerlad

Terry Fitzgerald is an Executive Vice President of Domestic Development for The Mills Corp.
He is responsible for all of the Company's development projects and new business opportunities within the United States and Canada.
Mr. Fitzgerald joined The Mills Corporation in May 1995.
Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Development Director for a number of Mills projects, including most recently, St. Louis Mills and Cincinnati Mills, opening in 2003.
His other projects include Colorado Mills in the Denver market in November 2002, Discover Mills in the Atlanta market in November 2001, Katy Mills in the Houston market in November 1999, Arizona Mills in the Phoenix market in November 1997 and Grapevine Mills in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in October 1997.
Mr. Fitzgerald has been involved in the pre-development efforts for a number of markets across the country.
Prior to joining The Mills Corporation, Mr. Fitzgerald worked for five years with The May Department Stores Company, St. Louis, Missouri, serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for the Foley's department store division, and as Senior Counsel in charge of construction and environmental affairs for the Company.
From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Fitzgerald was an attorney and partner with the St. Louis-based law firm of Thompson & Mitchell, specializing in the areas of real estate and finance law.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana, and his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri.
