Susan E. Jossi

Ms. Susan Jossi is Vice President of Human Resources for M Financial Group.
Susan joined M Financial in 1998, with 14 years of experience in human resources management and more than ten years in the financial services industry.
Before joining M Financial, she served in various capacities in the human resources group for U.S.
Bancorp, most recently as Senior Vice President of employee relations.
Prior to that, she held positions in the human resources department for the City of Gresham, Oregon and as assistant dean of admissions for Chapman University in Orange, California.
Susan has also served on the Board of Directors for Outreach in Burnside, a nonprofit organization serving Portland’s disabled community.
Ms. Jossi is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, WorldatWork, and AALU.
She holds a BA in psychology from Chapman University.
