Severine Billy

Severine joined OMERS Infrastructure’s transaction team in February 2016.
As Director, she participates in the origination, evaluation and execution of infrastructure investments across Europe, and has been closely involved in the asset management of several portfolio assets including Scotia Gas Networks, MapleCo, Lifelabs, Oncor and Ellevio.
She spent three years on mobility across OMERS New York and Toronto offices from 2019 to 2022.
Prior to joining OMERS, Severine was part of BNP Paribas’ Energy and Infrastructure Finance team in London.
In her prior role, Severine advised clients on acquisition financings of infrastructure assets across Europe and supported OMERS in raising financing for the acquisition of Ellevio and Tank & Rast.
Severine holds a Master's degree from the French engineering school Mines ParisTech.
