Mr. Atwood is an accomplished operating executive with over 35 years of managerial and consulting experiences.
He was formally the Chief Financial Officer for First Union Corporation (now Wells Fargo Corporation) and Corautus Genetics (resulting from the merger of Vascular Genetics Inc. and GenStar Therapeutics Corporation.
He also was previously a Partner at Deloitte & Touche where he served as National Director of the financial services group.
Mr. Atwood is currently the Founding Partner of Forest Partners where he provides operational and strategic guidance for developing companies.
