Robert B. Mercer

Robert B. Mercer is currently a Director for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Joseph James Morelli Legacy Foundation.
He previously worked as an Independent Director for Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. from 2010 to 2022.
He was also the President and Director of the County of Orange, California.
Mercer served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Lechters, Inc. from 1992 to 1994 and for Software Spectrum, Inc. He was a Member of the Visitors Board for Duke University Health System, Inc. and the Secretary and General Counsel for Volvo North America Corp.
Mercer was also the Chief Information Officer for Stream Global Services, Inc. and the Vice President of Dealer Operations for Mazda (North America), Inc. from 2007 to 2009.
Mercer received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1973 and his graduate degree from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1976.
