Rob T. Armstrong

Mr. Rob Armstrong is a Managing Director at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc. since 2009.
Prior to joining Stifel Nicolaus, Mr. Armstrong worked for UBS Investment Bank from 1999 to 2008 as an Executive Director in its Healthcare Group.
He has extensive experience working with healthcare services companies and has completed nearly 100 M&A and financing translations for a broad range of clients, including Aetna, AMERIGROUP, HealthSpring, Molina Healthcare, Triple-S, WellCare, WellPoint and UnitedHealth.
From 1994 to 1997, he was employed by Medimetrix as a Healthcare Consultant.
He also has past experience working for Partners Health Care System in Boston and Salomon Smith Barney in Health Care Public Finance.
Mr. Armstrong earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Duke University.
