He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of BPI Energy Holdings, Inc. from October 2006 to October 9, 2008 and Controller from February 2005 to October 9, 2008.
Previously, Mr. Elkins was Senior Manager-Transaction Support Group of Ernst & Young LLP from January 1992 to September 2004 and held a senior finance position at International Steel Group, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
He received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
