Prashant Gokhale

Mr. Prashant Gokhale is an Analyst at Aletheia Analyst Network Ltd. He also works as Chief Operating Officer and has over 20 years of experience in Asia.
Most recently in managing a large equities and fixed income platform, and before that for 14 years in Research, most of which were as a top ranked Oil and Gas Analyst.
As the next challenge, he was given the responsibility of heading the Regional Chemicals team, which was quickly ranked Top 3 in Institutional Investor (II).
In 2002, he moved to Hong Kong and took on coverage of the Asian Oil and Gas sector.
Between 2004 and 2010, he was consistently top ranked in II and Asia Money for the sector, and in 2009-2010 he was the co-head of the Global Oil and Gas team for Credit Suisse.
From 2011, Mr. Gokhale was the Chief Operating Officer for Credit Suisse's Global Markets Business (Equities and Fixed Income).
The equities business was top ranked in Asia for many years, and he was instrumental in driving the operational and control agenda for the equities platform including Research, Derivatives, Cash, and Prime Services.
His foundations as an analyst were put to good use in the role, as he imbibed new knowledge and learning.
Mr. Gokhale graduated from IIM Calcutta in 1997.
