Pramode Metre

Pramode Metre has been Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of ExlService Holdings, Inc. since October 2006.
Prior to joining ExlService Holdings, Mr. Metre was Corporate Vice President of Business Development for e4e, Inc. from November 2003 to June 2006.
From January 2002 to June 2003, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development for Syntel, Inc. Mr. Metre has over 25 years of experience selling complex integrated solutions to large enterprises worldwide in sales, operations and management roles.
He was Chief Executive Officer of NetPilgrim, Inc. and Inlaks Computers.
Mr. Metre began his career at DCM Data Products.
He received a BA degree in Economics from Shri Ram College and a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Delhi.
