Paul-George Prodan

Paul-George Prodan served as the Chairman of BT Capital Partners SA from 2015 to 2017.
He also held the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board at Transilvania Investments Alliance SA from 2021 to 2023.
Additionally, he worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Infinity Capital Investments SA. Prior to these roles, he was the Treasury Director at ING Bank NV (Romania) from 1998 to 1999.
He also served as the Treasury Executive Director at OTP Bank Romania SA from 2006 to 2007 and as a Manager at Credit Europe Bank Romania SA during the same period.
From 1999 to 2005, he held the position of Deputy General Manager at Touring Eurolines Romania.
