Patrick Fraizer

Patrick Fraizer is currently a Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of the American Bar Association, a Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at Pan-American Life Insurance Co., a Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, a Member of the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of The Iowa State Bar Association, and a Member of The Association of Life Insurance Counsel.
He previously worked as a Vice President & Senior International Counsel at Principal Financial Group, Inc., and as a Principal at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. He also served as a Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2019.
Mr. Fraizer completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Iowa.
