Nathalie Joannes

Nathalie Joannes is a Member of the New York State Bar Association.
She previously worked as a Director at Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., Managing Director at Ipsen Pharma SAS, Director at Ipsen SpA, and General Counsel-International at Cardinal Health, Inc. She also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Monsanto Co. from 1989 to 2001 and as an Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Ipsen SA from 2011 to 2015.
Additionally, she served as Chief European Counsel & Senior Vice President at Genzyme Europe BV and Group General Counsel at Serono International SA. Ms. Joannes received her graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Liege in 1984.
Currently, Ms. Joannes is a Member of the New York State Bar Association.
