Nandita Berry

Nandita V.
Berry is currently the Vice Chairman at the University of Houston System Board of Regents.
She previously worked as a Director at the Houston Zoo, Inc., the South Asian Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Family Center.
She also served as Senior Counsel at El Paso Energy Corp.
and as an Associate at Haynes & Boone LLP.
In 2014, she was the Secretary at the State of Texas.
She was also a Senior Counsel at Locke Lord LLP (Old).
Ms. Berry's current job is an Independent Trustee at Whitestone REIT, which she started in 2017 and will continue until 2024.
She holds a graduate degree from the University of Houston and The University of Houston Law Center, and an undergraduate degree from Mount Carmel College.
