Melissa Ribaudo O'Shea

Melissa O’Shea is the Vice President of Human Resources at 777 Partners.
She joined the company in early 2018 with twenty-five years of human resources experience, with sixteen of those years in leadership and consulting positions.
She has held positions at Informa PLC, Sarasota County, DeWitt Stern Group and United Business Media.
She has extensive management and leadership experience in business settings ranging from startup to divestiture, and she has played integral roles in successful mergers and acquisitions.
Some of her areas of expertise include: Leading enterprise-wide HR projects; HR process improvement and procedure automation; developing compliance policies to support enterprise risk management programs; advising on talent development and succession planning; and high impact training and engagement programs.
Melissa holds a B.S.
in Humanities from Iona College.
