Ms. Marylène Alix is a Chairman at BG Fund Management Luxembourg SA. Since November 2007, Ms. Alix is the General Manager of BG Fund Management Luxembourg S.A., previously named Generali Fund Management SA, after the merger of BG Investment Luxembourg S.A. and Generali Investments Luxembourg S.A., on September 9, 2009.
She was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 3, 2012.
Prior to joining the Banca Generali Group, Ms. Alix was General Manager of the Management Company Fideuram Gestions S.A., Intesa Sanpaolo Group, from 2002 to 2007.
In 2001 she was appointed Executive Vice President of Fideuram Bank (Luxembourg) S.A, and was in charge of the administration of the Investment Funds and Investment Companies for the Sanpaolo-IMI Group.
In the early 1980s, Ms. Alix pursued her career in Luxembourg in the Investment Funds industry within the IMI Group, Istituto Mobiliare Italiano, before its’ merger within the San Paolo Group.
Since 2010, she also acts as a Manager of Generali Real Estate Luxembourg S.à.r.l.
and is a Board Member of the Real Estate Funds within the Generali Group.
