Lusha Roy

Lusha is as a Managing Director and Head of Product Development in H.I.G.’s Capital Formation Group.
Based in Miami, Lusha is responsible for capital raising and investor relations in the U.S., Europe and Latin America, and oversees product development initiatives across the firm’s private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds.
She also leads H.I.G.’s Limited Partner Co-Investment Program.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Lusha was at KKR, where she was responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities for their global private equity, real estate and credit funds.
Prior to KKR, Lusha was at Further Lane Asset Management, where she began her career.
Lusha earned her undergraduate degree, with Honors, from Amherst College.
