Karen B. Eadon

Prior to El Pollo Loco, Ms. Eadon was vice president of U.S.
Marketing for McDonald's Corp., senior vice president of marketing for Applebee's, vice president of retail marketing for ARCO Products Company and vice president of marketing services and marketing development for Taco Bell, where she also gained experience in restaurant operations as vice president, operations services.
Ms. Eadon is considered one of the top marketing individuals and brand champions within the quick service segment of the restaurant industry.
Her earlier career included experience in packaged goods with the Quaker Oats Company and Frito Lay.
Ms. Eadon was on the board of directors for Paypoint Electronic Payment Systems and RFK Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Additionally, she was selected to participate in Leadership California from 1997 to1998, an organization dedicated to the development of women leaders in the public and private sectors.
Ms. Eadon received her BA from University of Illinois, Urbana and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
